Nancy's (2nd) Whole 30

Today is Day 2! I did a Whole 30 back in August and loved it. But I messed up reintroduction and then holidays came up and excuses excuses. Completely fell of the good eating train and gained all the weight back.

 

But I did learn that dairy and I do not mix. I've gone completely lactose free. Still use mostly ghee, sometimes butter. Used lactaid pills and while that stopped most of the stomach issues....I could feel that my body still was not happy with it.

 

Decided to start a new Whole 30 and reintro properly this time. And stick to a 80/20 Paleo diet afterwards.

 

Day 1

 

Breakfast - small nibbles of egg/homemade sausage/bell pepper muffin (did not have an appetite)

 

Lunch - protein tray: carrots, celery, nut butter, 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 apple

 

Dinner - garlic and herb veal patties, boiled potatoes, boiled spinach

 

Vitamins - YES!

 

Water - only like 40 ounces. Need to drink more.

 

Steps - Hit daily goal of 10k

 

Yoga - YES!

Day 2


 


Breakfast - none - got to work super late, didn't have time


 


Lunch - garlic and herb veal patty, boiled potato


 


Dinner - cajun chicken and shrimp w/ potato, green leafy vege, bell pepper


 


Vitamins - YES!


 


Water - at least 64 ounces


 


Steps - Hit daily goal of 10k


 


Yoga - YES!

Day 3


 


Breakfast - banana and raisins


 


Lunch - cajun chicken and shrimp w/ potato, green leafy vege, bell pepper


 


Dinner - peruvian chicken, fried plantain, friend yucca


 


Vitamins - YES!


 


Water - at least 64 ounces


 


Steps - Hit daily goal of 10k


 


Yoga - YES!

Missed some days :/ Went off plan on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.


 


Day 1


 


Breakfast - banana and raisins


 


Lunch - spaghetti squash with meat sauce and shanghai tips


 


Dinner - sausage and potatoes


 


Vitamins - YES!


 


Water - at least 64 ounces


 


Steps - Hit daily goal of 10k


 


Yoga - YES!
