gabby_e30
Is it possible to make dairy free coconut milk yogurt? I found a recipe that you use coconut milk, probiotic powder, and a grass fed gelatin. I'm not a huge breakfast person, and being on my 17th day of the whole30 id like to try some different things from breakfast. I usually just do some sort of fruit, but it's not very long lasting. GFChris
Using yogurt as a breakfast treat would be discouraged, as previously discussed here. Instead, only use this type of concoction as a base for a savory sauce.Fruit is not a meal. Have you seen the recommended meal template? For best results, create all of your meals to fit the template of protein, veg and fat. This is a good thread to inspire you.
