Diannamarie61
Hello everyone and thanks for stopping by. As mentioned previously I am diabetic and have other auto immune diseases. I can not have red peppers or green peppers. I can't find in a store roasted yellow pepper sauce. I don't know what else to use for the perfect chicken. Today I hate food and it's complications. Luckily I got rid of all the bad snacks.....or I would have binged....when I am stressed....I eat, and eat and eat....... Can someone help me, please??????? GFChris
Ok, BREATHE. It doesn't have to be complicated. Use another vegetable that you can eat, either cooked with the chicken or as a side dish. If the chicken needs more flavor, use your herbs or spices of choice.
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted February 2, 2016 Moderators Share Posted February 2, 2016 My book's on loan to someone else, so I can't look at that particular recipe, but if it's just to add moisture to the chicken, maybe a tomato sauce (either just canned tomato sauce, or actual marinara sauce, whichever you'd prefer/can find). If you tell us more about the recipe, maybe we can offer more specific advice.
