what about oils?

Hello,

For the reintro, do the oils matter?  For example, it says tortilla chips for non-gluten day.  If the chips were not cooked in any of the approved oils, does that matter?  Or a bean salad where the dressing was made with a non-compliant oil.

Thank you!

If it's soy oil then you want to have introduced soy first or at least your particular grain without soy oil to know how the grain affects you... soy is a NASTY disruptor... I would personally try and introduce the test item as cleanly as possible so if you can find a non processed way to do that, then do... if not, at least don't let soy in the mix until you know how it suits you.

If you have chips cooked in peanut oil, you'll have reintroduced both corn (a non-gluten grain) and peanuts (legume), so it might. If your bean salad has soybean or peanut oil, that's all legumes and probably okay, unless you personally were planning to separate out different legumes on different days.
