Full fat Greek yogurt 10%?

I am a Pescatarian and getting ready to reintroduce foods. I know that in the book "it starts with food" it is stated that full fat dairy may be OK. (Butter) I'm wondering about 10% full fat Greek yogurt. Would that be a good option for protein and fat for a Pescatarian? Or does everyone think 0% Greek yogurt with the poteen only is better?

You'll have already noticed that whole30 doesn't fear fat, so we'd have no reason to recommend nonfat anything. When I just really want some yogurt when I'm not on a whole30, if I can find the full fat version of Greek yogurt, that's what I personally choose. If I can't find full fat, I choose 2% over nonfat. But you are definitely welcome to choose whatever version tastes best to you or if you notice a difference in how you feel with one versus the other, get the one you feel better eating, that's what life after your whole30 is about.
