I am starting this path after years of being obese, trying many diets, pills, and potions. In the last three years I have done medi-fast (great results but my hair fell out), became a vegetarian, and most recently began a quasi-paleo diet. I am looking for a long term approach that will keep me healthy. Tomorrow is day #1--it will truly be a "one day at a time" approach.
