Starting Today

I am finishing the 30Clean in a couple of days so there is a little overlap. During the past month I have incorporated more whole cooking into my life - embracing a bit more trying different foods, taking out lots of go-to's and generally incorporating new, healthy habits. The sugar dragon has gotten me several times and I have leaned toward allowing it on the weekends. But it doesn't make me feel good and I really don't care to have any relationship with sugar anymore. So here I go, making another month commitment to this new lifelong lifestyle.
