IreneKe Posted February 7, 2016 Share Posted February 7, 2016 I did the Whole30 and feel very good, but now, I use "only" LowCarb and I take fermented dairy products, too. I don't like to have breakfast in the earlier way with bread, butter and jam, and I dont use legumes anymore. I don't miss these things, but sometimes (and realy seldom) a I have a day off. too:-) One of my friends is interested in Whole30 but she suffers from gout. She told me, she has to avoid meat, and such others from animals. She is angry how W30 would work OR wouldn't increase the meat her state and hurt.
