Dried Fruits and added sulfites

Hello! I am on day 7 of my first Whole30.  I picked up some dried apricots yesterday, ate a few, and then realized today they have added sulfites! I read you can eat dried fruits without added sugar, but forgot about the "no sulfites" rule. Rookie mistake in my mind, but a Whole30 slip for sure. I found, and read, an article about "starting over" if you slip during a Whole30 iteration. It basically says "yes and no".  Honestly, how big of a slip is this? Will it completely ruin the end results? It was not intentional at all and I really don't want to start over. Some advice, or any comments from those who may have slipped unintentionally, are appreciated.
