Baby Steps

Goal 1 - Day 1 - (2-8-16)


Food Eaten: 4 scrambled eggs with olive oil

                     1/2 of a 2 pound  baked chicken cut up

                     20 olives

                     96 almonds


I made it through day 1!!! I know I need to cut down on the almonds, but better almonds than a brownie. Binge eating was a huge problem for me and I'm happy that I didn't overeat as well.
