Made it through first weekend and Super Bowl

I've been pleased and surprised to realize how really simple it is to say "no thank you" to chips and gin and tonics while on vacation or attending a super bowl party.  For me, the key is planning ahead, letting my host know I'd like to bring a huge salad, veggies, and guacamole dip because of a healthy eating plan I'm on.  The hosts are happy for the food and I have lots of healthy choices to make.  Drinking a glass of water with ice cubes clicking makes me feel good too.  Cheers!
