BobbyL
Today is day #31. I did it. No cheating whatsoever. Some people lost some bets, and the local liquor store's sales are suffering. Lost 15lbs, ran my fastest 5k this morning, and I've learned a lot about cooking and foods to avoid. I can go between meals now without low blood sugar attacks or the need to snack. Sleeping well and (TMI alert) having good "morning constitutionals" in the bathroom. Scared to start reintroduction, but looking forward to opening up some convenience options (i.e. ordering some brisket...without sauce...from the local BBQ joint instead of coming home and spending 2-3 hours cooking and cleaning). mantishugo
Congrats Boddy. I'm very happy for you. 30 days are very long time and putting restrictions to yourself can be a cumbersome task for many people. You did it and I want you to motivate others who are afraid to try whole30 diet for their good health. Two statements for you mate, It is achievable and nothing is important.
