katsand
I've just finished reading Whole30 sections one and two. This is something I've been mulling for a few weeks. Due to travel to New Orleans Feb 22 - 26, then Vancouver BC Mar 6 - 10, I've decided to start on March 12. This gives me a lot of time to plan. I've been gluten free for 4 years, but I'm still having a few issues with my gut. May be dairy? We'll find out. I'm headed for an annual trip to Jamaica on April 23 so I'll have plenty of time between the end of my 30 days and the start of vacation to make the necessary life changes that Whole30 will hopefully lead me to. Oh, BTW, I used to cook for a living and those experiences helped me a lot when I first went gluten free.
katsand
2 more days till start date. I've managed to get rid of offending foods (other than what my husband thinks he cannot live without) and I've planned weekly menus. I've just about eliminated dairy from my diet. Trying to make the start date of March 12 a little easier. I'm very stubborn and I know that I can do this.
