quotidianlight
I use bone broth constantly for cooking and prefer to keep it cooking for days until the bones disintegrate. Unfortunately after 4 days my stove goes bonkers and won't turn off. Not to mention I run out of room storing it. I'm cooking my current stock in my crockpot. It's perfect, I can spoon out of it all day long, replenish as I go etc. The problem is it's only 7 quarts and has two heat setting. If I want to make soup is have to use all my stock and I don't have any left for regular cooking. I have been scouring the net for a 12-15 quart slower cooker with a simmer settung with no luck. Does anyone know of company that makes an extra large stock pot.

quotidianlight
It's a bit wide for my counter but it's a good option... Hmm... 150 is a good simmer too. Thanks you.
