CarolineW26 Posted March 17, 2016 Share Posted March 17, 2016 T minus 1.5 hours until the end of my first Whole 30!!!! Congrats to everyone who made it this far!! I'm feeling awesome and I love the plan. My family vacation starts tomorrow, so I won't be continuing this round any further, but I do plan on doing another round in a month or so. I feel too good not to! While my NSVs have been awesome, I really can't wait to check out my before/after numbers and pics. I am happy to report that I threw away my big work shirts and am down to my smaller, pre-baby (6 years ago) shirts. I can't tell you how awesome that is! I also have loads of energy and I can FEEL a huge drop in my inflammation levels. All in all, this was a successful run. Hope you all had equal or even greater success!!
