Guest
Help! I currently feel sorry for anyone within a 50 mile radius of me and this horrendous mood on day 5!!
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted February 15, 2016 Moderators Share Posted February 15, 2016 Know that it will pass. Eat plenty of food, especially fat, maybe up the starchy vegetables for a day or two until you're feeling better. Stay home if that's an option. Apologize profusely to your friends, family and coworkers as needed.
Doge1117
Invest in some self-care: for me, it was a massage. Watch YouTube videos of puppies or something. Laugh. Read an old favorite book. Wear comfy PJs. In short, just baby yourself and try to be nice.

Drink some seltzer with a splash of fruit juice and distract yourself. This, too, shall pass.

Christabel
I'm certainly not recommending this, but sharing a story to commiserate. I flipped on my hazards, stopped my car in the middle of the road, got out of my car, walked to the car behind me, and proceeded to yell at the driver to stop tailgating me. You can imagine I used a few choice words as well as "stop tailgating." I may have instructed her to "stop driving up my @$$hole." Don't do that.
