LaG Posted February 15, 2016 Share Posted February 15, 2016 Hello I started my whole30 today! I'm pretty much following the 7 day meal plan from the book this week. Yummy food so far, not felt hungry today. The thing I am finding the most difficult is not smoking, I was fine for most of the day but I am struggling this evening.
