missjessicarabbit
Hello - I am looking for a women's multivitamin, was previously using Centrum for Women, but it contains Soy Lecithin. Also looking for a brand of Biotin, I was using Trader Joe's previously, but it contains Rice Flour. Any recommendations on those two? I found these two on Amazon, thoughts? Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted February 15, 2016 Moderators Share Posted February 15, 2016 The multi looks okay but I wouldn't trust 'veggie capsule' to not be soy of some sort in the Biotin

Moderators Tom Denham Posted February 15, 2016 Moderators Share Posted February 15, 2016 Rice bran oil makes a product non-compliant for a Whole30. I take a B-Complex from Solgar - http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00020IB2W/ref=sr_ph?ie=UTF8&qid=1455572146&sr=1&keywords=bcomplex One ingredient is glycerin, a sugar alcohol, but I don't worry about it. On the other hand, I am not doing a Whole30 and glycerin is very common in supplements.

You may try just eating the real, whole foods for 30 days and ditch the supplements for now... it's only 30 days...
