Whole30KS
I noticed someone mentioned Tony's seasoning was a no on Whole 30 for sugar added, but I don't see sugar added to the ingredient list. Anyone know if Tony's is allowed?
Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted February 15, 2016 Moderators Share Posted February 15, 2016 If your particular container lists only compliant ingredients then go ahead... this is why we insist that everyone read their own labels of items they want to eat... Whole30KS
Only ingredients listed are: Salt, red pepper, and other spices, garlic, silicon dioxide (to prevent caking)., but then it says may contain milk or soy. Guess it's better to just avoid it?

Guess it's better to just avoid it? Manufacturers put this on their labels to protect themselves from lawsuits since often these products are made in factories that also make soy or dairy products. If it's not listed in the ingredients, then for the purpose of the Whole30 (barring any known deathly allergy), it's compliant. Enjoy!
