Compliant Fish Fry

Hi all! I'm on my second whole30 and still haven't made any seafood. I don't even know how to cook the fresh flounder I just picked up at the butcher shop! Anyway, I don't want just boring old fish. Has anyone had any success with a compliant fish fry? Any tips for cooking/battering my fish? Thanks in advance!

I had this question last week because we observe Fish Fridays for lent. I found this forum, and people seem to have luck just dredging the fish in a compliant flour. Might give it a try...? I was too busy last week so we just ended up oven roasted salmon, but I'm hoping this Friday I might get to try.
