In addition to what jmcbn said, I'd add that if there's a specific thing you have questions about, the best way to find previous discussions is to google Whole30 + whatever you're looking for. Almost anything you might have a question about has been discussed before at some point, and while you got a quick answer this time, sometimes the forums are less active, and there might not be someone to answer as quickly, so it's not a bad idea to get in the habit of doing a quick search and seeing if you can find the answer. Just be sure you check what sites you're getting your answers from -- typically Whole30.com, Whole9life.com, or these forums (forum.whole30.com) will be among the top results in a search, and those are the ones you'll want to focus on. Other sites aren't official Whole30 sites, and while those can be helpful, they're not always accurate on every question.
