Sahmof2
I'm starting to read as much as I can about the program before I start it. I'm unable to find if I am able to have tea? I see you can drink coffee, but what I've read so far, I don't see any thing about yes or no to tea.
jmcbn
Yes, tea is fine so long as there are no off plan ingredients in it, which happens sometimes with herbal teas - be sure to always check your labels.
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted February 16, 2016 Moderators Share Posted February 16, 2016 In addition to what jmcbn said, I'd add that if there's a specific thing you have questions about, the best way to find previous discussions is to google Whole30 + whatever you're looking for. Almost anything you might have a question about has been discussed before at some point, and while you got a quick answer this time, sometimes the forums are less active, and there might not be someone to answer as quickly, so it's not a bad idea to get in the habit of doing a quick search and seeing if you can find the answer. Just be sure you check what sites you're getting your answers from -- typically Whole30.com, Whole9life.com, or these forums (forum.whole30.com) will be among the top results in a search, and those are the ones you'll want to focus on. Other sites aren't official Whole30 sites, and while those can be helpful, they're not always accurate on every question.
