When I came into my Whole 30 I was already eating gluten and dairy free and limited soya. . Since day 20 or so I've noticed the psoriasis on my arms has cleaned up which is great. Does anyone have any experience of which foods were triggers for psoriasis? the improvements I saw in my skin were quite gradual so I can imagine any deterioration would be too. So trying to narrow things down. Main difference in my diet before my whole 30 is I ate a lot of oats and rice (daily), cacao and home made baked goods with natural sweeteners eg maple syrup.
