weight loss

Recommended Posts

Many maintain and won't lose a single lb. in 30 days and that's alright.   If there's been a long history of dieting coming into a Whole 30, bodies will be happy to heal and balance out functions of the body.

Given a chance, sleep patterns improve and hormones, skin, muscles, joints...everything down to the cellular levels.

Whole30 is not designed to be a weight loss plan: it's a program to help you change your relationship with food. That being said, many people do lose weight and/or inches on a Whole30.

Health history and eating history are both factors in whether and at what pace people end up losing weight.

If you're going to take on this program, I suggest focusing instead on non-scale victories as you go through the process.
