Day 24

Before I started the whole 30 I was tired all the time. I'd have to take a nap every day and would sleep for 2 hours! Never felt refreshed.

I'm on Day 24 and I'm feeling really good. I haven't napped in weeks. I'm back to the gym and feeling strong and energetic, even at 4:30am.

Does anyone notice that EVERYTHING tastes amazing??  :D
