onlyifchased 6 Posted February 19, 2016 Share Posted February 19, 2016 Hi everyone! I'm looking forward to my first Whole30 on March 4th. A friend of mine is doing it with me, I am really excited. I think this will be a great way to repair my relationship with food and. I'm nervous about not weighing myself for 30 days, I don't think that I've gone 30 days without a weigh-in since I was like, 11 years old. I think it will be good for me! Technically I am doing a Veg Whole30, not a true Whole30, so I will be eating properly soaked and cooked legumes instead of meat/eggs. This is the only deviation I am going to have from the plan. I am pretty much emotionally preparing myself not to be able to eat anything that I don't cook myself during this thirty days, haha! I also do olympic-style weightlifting, so I am hoping to see performance improvements during this time too! Link to post Share on other sites
