Summeradele Posted February 20, 2016 Share Posted February 20, 2016 Sunday through Thursday I only have 3 meals a day and sometimes maybe some fruit after dinner. However, on fridays and Saturdays I bartend and work typically till midnight. Today for example: breakfast was at 730 am then lunch at about 1230 then dinner at 530 and around 11 I was super hungry again so I had a sweet potato and some steamed broccoli. That completely satisfied me and I'm now about to go to sleep at 1230am. All my meals are still about 4-5 hours apart even though I had 4 of them. Is this ok?? Just 2 days of the week?
