splash883 Posted February 20, 2016 Share Posted February 20, 2016 After starting the Whole 30 on February 15, I'm now on day 6. I've been fortunate to not deal with sugar cravings. My issue seems to be boredom & stress eating. I've had a slight headache for a bit. Went to bed with one and woke up with one. I just keep sipping water & it seems to help. I have enough energy in the mornings, but by 2 pm, I slow down considerably. I haven't dealt with the "kill all things" phase. We'll see if I stay with the timeline at all.
