After starting the Whole 30 on February 15, I'm now on day 6. I've been fortunate to not deal with sugar cravings. My issue seems to be boredom & stress eating. I've had a slight headache for a bit. Went to bed with one and woke up with one. I just keep sipping water & it seems to help.

I have enough energy in the mornings, but by 2 pm, I slow down considerably.

I haven't dealt with the "kill all things" phase. We'll see if I stay with the timeline at all. It's comforting for me to me to know what to expect.
