Starting Friday 26th

I'm a 40 year old overweight woman with a type of systemic, immune linked arthritis.

I have no idea what I weigh (and have no plans to find out as I have a history of eating disorders) so I'll be doing body measurements.

I need to try something new...and this is definitely something new for me!

I intended to do a whole46 Lent this year but I was horribly sick and then my arthritis kicked in so its been a bad 2 weeks and I've eaten whatever I could keep down...mainly junk.

I'd like to feel better and lose some weight by the time i go on holiday at the end of May ;)
