I haven't done any sort of structured eating program in probably 10 years, and what I've had the most success with has been Weight Watchers, which is vastly different from this! I did try the Atkins diet about 14 years ago, and I failed miserably after about 2 weeks. Since this is somewhat similar to that, I'm a bit anxious about whether I can stick with this. Luckily for me, my husband, best friend, and her husband are also doing it, so I have plenty of support! busymama07 Posted February 22, 2016 Share Posted February 22, 2016 Hi! Today is day 1 for me too! I am actually drinking my morning coffee with no sugar, gasp!!!
