hernandez94
My husband and I started the whole30 on February 21st so today is the second day. We do crossfit three times a week and the other four days we have our own lifting programs. One of my worries is eating eggs for breakfast everyday, I am not a fan of eggs. Let me know if you have any suggestions.
maxiesemma
Hi, I'm just starting this week. It's pretty overwhelming. did you get the whole 30 book? Probably suggestions in there. Also try searching the forum and website, and maybe Google whole 30 without eggs or something. Hope this helps!
Serik
Don't eat eggs. Eat whatever you want (within the rules, of course.) Have leftovers from dinner, soup, salad, anything. You don't have to have "breakfast food" for meal 1. I like to make casseroles for breakfast, often sweet potatoes, ground meat or sausage, frozen veggies...sometimes I'll mix in some eggs to help it come together, other times I'll do it more like shepherds pie (hmmmm...I haven't done that in a while, thanks for making me think of it!) It's been really useful for dinners and lunch but I pretty much skipped over the eggs section. I will definitely look some recipes up.

I'll have to try the shepherds pie! This weekend I am cooking the chili with all the leftover veggies I have in the fridge
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted February 24, 2016 Moderators Share Posted February 24, 2016 There's lots of options for eggless breakfasts. If you Google Whole30 forum no egg breakfast, you'll find a ton of past discussions -- Here's one to get you started. Also, I'm moving this from the Post-Whole30 log section (which is for people doing reintroductions and riding their own bike) to the Your Whole30 Log section.
