Pre/post-WO meal- when does it become necessary?

Are these just for serious athletes? I am finally starting to exercise, with 15 minutes a day of Leslie Sansone's walk vidoes. So, not very strenuous at ALL.

I'm doing them about an hour after dinner (which is a template meal of veggies, protein, and fat- and sometimes starchy veggies) and haven't been eating after. I've been feeling tired after doing them, but not actually hungry.

 

Is this ok or should I tweak anything?

Generally I'd say if you're doing some kind of exercise that raises your heart rate considerably for a sustained period of time and it is making you sweat then you need a postWO.

I'm not familiar with the videos you've mentioned but I imagine you'd be okay without for now.
