HTI100 Posted February 23, 2016 Share Posted February 23, 2016 Hey I am Lena and just started the Whole 30 yesterday, Monday, 2/22. I am doing it as a way to reboot my system, control my cravings- especially sugar, and to hopefully help with my PCOS and GI issues. I had been feeling sluggish and constantly bloated, and felt the need for a change. I am going at it alone this time around, but thankfully my husband is supporting me and not complaining, at least not yet! I am hoping to get resources and ideas, as well as support on those tough days. Day 1 was definitely harder than today. I am learning that I need to add more protein in my meals.
