Whole30 Round 2!

Finished my first round on Feb 2nd - a LOAD of NSV's and 9 lbs down. 

 

Things I noticed in reintro:

- dairy is fine digestively, but triggers a bit of excema

- Soy makes me want to vomit (I never could drink soy milk, but now I get the same feeling with a bit of soy sauce, which used to be fine)

- Gluten makes me feel heavy and too full and affects my mental clarity.

 

This time, hubby is joining me! Very excited for him! 

 

here's my log!

 

D1:

 

M1: Eggs, avocado, shredded pork, coffee w/ coconut oil, carrots

M2: Didin't happen. Bad stomach, likely from horrible eating on last 4 days.

M3: Egg, shredded pork, steamed broccoli, avocado. Didn't eat it all - tummy still upset

 

D2:

 

M1: Eggs, avocado, shredded pork, coffee w/ coconut oil, carrots

M2: Porchetta in a bowl. No veggies but at least compliant.

M3: Not sure yet! Will decide tonight and update! :-)
