work, energy levels and boredom eating

How can I refresh/re-energise at work without turning to food/snacks? 

 

Right now I'm at work feeling sluggish and switched off (I still have a lot to do). What sort of things (e.g going for a walk) can help when I hit this slump?

Go for a walk, climb a few staircases, go to the washroom & wash your hands/face, grab a glass of water/herbal tea, re-arrange your filing system, sort your emails, take a stationery inventory, plot out your holidays on your yearly planner................................ etc etc etc.
