Day 15 and going strong!

15 days in and feeling great.  Food is delicious and so many choices. Tummy is flatter, sleeping better, great energy but have had bowel issues everyday since starting the diet.  I am following it to the letter, so not sure what is going on?  Any suggestions?

Yes it's the "D" word.  :rolleyes:  Within an hour or two after eating. I'm in the bathroom.  Here's what I have eaten the last 2 days.

Monday  Breakfast - 2 eggs, Whole30 pork sausage, fresh avocado ,fresh blueberries.  Lunch - chicken salad with homemade mayo, walnuts, grapes and a salad with carrots, olives, tomatoes and balsamic vinegar.  Dinner - Whole30 chili, baked potato,  brussel sprouts sautéed in 1 T olive oil.   Tuesday -  Breakfast 2 eggs, pork sausage, 1/2 sweet potato, 1/2 banana   Lunch - Whole30 hamburger patty, avocado, homemade salsa, salad with tomatoes, olives    Dinner - leftover chicken salad, spiralized zucchini, apple.   Thanks for helping me understand the issue!!
