viv31
Don't think I've seen this anywhere. Can we have popcorn if we pop it ourself and add ghee instead of butter and salt?
Summeradele
Corn is considered a grain and therefore not allowed on whole30. Also making popcorn a no go too.
Administrators ladyshanny Posted February 24, 2016 Administrators Share Posted February 24, 2016 Check out the rules Do not eat grains. This includes (but is not limited to) wheat, rye, barley, oats, corn, rice, millet, bulgur, sorghum, amaranth, buckwheat, sprouted grains and all of those gluten-free pseudo-grains like quinoa. This also includes all the ways we add wheat, corn and rice into our foods in the form of bran, germ, starch and so on. Again, read your labels. - See more at: http://whole30.com/whole30-program-rules/#sthash.dOqpqoHt.dpuf
