DCwhole30girl
I'm so close and feel like I can see the finish line but today was HARD. Every piece of candy on colleagues' desks looked amazing and tempting. I'm not even a candy person. But for some reason I'm bored with everything I'm eating. I read somewhere that it's normal to have "food boredom" around this time, but not sure what I can do about it? Any ideas to make the last 6 days easier? Moderators ShannonM816 Posted February 24, 2016 Moderators Share Posted February 24, 2016 Food boredom is pretty common. You can try some new recipes -- check out Well Fed, Nom Nom Paleo, or Whole Life Eating for some ideas. Or you could make whatever has been your very favorite meal during Whole30, if you have one that you just really, really loved. Do be sure you eat enough, even if you're bored and not wanting food. Those cravings and temptations are a lot easier to ignore if you've had nice, big meals and know you're not really hungry.
