Yes, it should be gone by 3:49pm today.  ;)

Just kidding, but seriously, no.  It really depends on your context, your diet before Whole30, your personal headache history etc.  Make sure you are eating enough and drinking 1/2 ounce of water per pound of bodyweight (160# person = 80oz water/day).  Take an advil or tylenol if you are suffering.

Most people don't continue to have a headache after the first couple weeks.  My first Whole30 I had a headache for the first 7 days, 3 days without and then for another 4 days after that.  But then.....I had a fairly gnarly headache-history and suffered regularly from menstrual migraines.

I had a horrible headache days 2-4 and then it came back on day 6 and 7, even tho I was feeling simple benefits, the headache really bothered me.

I realized it was lack of water, so I try to make sure I always have a drink with me wherever I am, and follow the 1/2 ounce water per body weight per day. I also now "listen" to my body...if I start feeling a headache coming on, I'll drink at least 12 ounces of water and have relief.

For me, sodium intake was also part of it. I don't think I was getting enough, becuse I was experiencing dizziness and headache, so I am sure to use salt in my meal seasonings.

Good luck to you!!
