Katleti Posted February 27, 2016 Share Posted February 27, 2016 I am feeling super sick of this detox today, which is surprising b/c yesterday I was feeling on top of the world. I think how I have 3 weeks left and feel discouraged about what I can't have. Plus side: Sleeping much better, not having a slump in the afternoon. Instead of concentrating on what you can't have, focus on what you can and find a few new recipes to try. The detox will pass. It varies because we are all individuals and we all ate differently before we started. You have a lot to gain by continuing. We have all felt just like you at some point and you can do this too!
