Trying to "Lean Out" for my bridal portraits/wedding! Help.

Hey yall,

I've read other stuff on sites about athletes Leaning Out for photo shoots or before competitions. I've got muscle tone in my upper body but it's not what I'd like at this point. Is there anything I can do Whole9 style to help show my muscles a little more. I'm assuming that would include lower sodium intake but not sure what else. Extra hydration? I know that it won't be a huge difference but might make me feel better before the pictures. :) My dress is strapless so you'll see all my arms/back. Any tips on this?

Thanks! :)

Hey Julie,

Unfortunately the techniques that people use to look jacked for photo shoots and fitness competition do not fall under the scope of this forum (which is all W30, all the time). To make matters worse, these techniques are generally drastic and NOT healthy. Yes, there are ways to do it safely and sanely, but it's still not under the umbrella of what this forum (or Whole9's) message is meant to support and encourage.

Sorry to be a buzzkill! Shoot me a PM if you want!
