Day 6 No slips - no cheats

I am getting a bit nervous about the next week of the Whole30. I have had minimal side affects, but I know that my cravings will hit me when I least expect them too.

My husband's idea of supporting me is by buying my favorite yogurt and hummus and he bought ice cream bars for the freezer :(.

Of course, I am feeling fine, no pressure to eat these items at all, but what about day 10-11?


 - I know that I will feel better and eat better because of Whole30!
