Nuts & fruits

They provide a portion template so to speak in the workshop guide. For nuts and seeds, it's one closed handful. For fruit, occasionally add a small amount. I take that to be a small apple, handful of grapes or berries, etc. Keep in mind that each meal, including snacks, should be based around your protein source. Fill the rest of your plate with veggies. Occasionally add a small amount of fruit. Add fat per the recommended amounts per meal. My concern with what I am seeing, is people are having a snack that looks like “some almonds and a bananaâ€. Where is the protein and veggies? This may be more info than what you were looking for, but my point is keep your nuts and fruits in balance with the rest of what you are eating.
