I'd been hearing about Whole30 for years and decided to take the plunge on January thirty-first--and I finished yesterday with no cheats!  GO ME!!!  I only lost four pounds, but four pounds is four pounds and considering that my only exercise was walking (not very fast) on my work breaks it's better than nothing.

 

I like eating this way enough to keep on with it with only minor changes.  I take gelatin to help with my hair and nails, and I was taking it in nut milk.  Now I'll take it in tea with two drops of liquid sucralose.  Since I don't have an issue with dairy, I will gladly welcome back Kerrygold.  :lol:  I will keep an eye on my portions.  And today I went back to the gym.  I didn't realize how much I missed it.
