_Lori
I'm on day 30 today! I have a question about reintroduction, I'm planning on the faster 10 day with some modifications to make it more specific for me. If I introduce a food eg. Peanuts on day 1, then whole 30 for 2 days. If peanut doesn't cause a problem can I have it again on day 4 while introducing gluten free grains for example? Or do I go back to original whole 30 after every introduction until the end? Is that confusing?
Extexgem
My understanding is no. You want to only reintroduce one food group at a time so you can know for sure which ones might cause you problems. Yes, you go back to whole30 each time.
_Lori
That's how I read it too, though it is only introducing one food group at a time, as the other has b en introduced already on day 1.
Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted March 2, 2016 Moderators Share Posted March 2, 2016 Correct. You eat Whole30 except for the one item/food group you are introducing that day. Even tho peanuts are tested, you leave them out for the rest of reintro...
