praxisproject Posted March 3, 2016 Share Posted March 3, 2016 The only one to watch our for is asafetida / hing, the ingredient itself is fine, it's a resin, but depending on the brand it can sometimes be made with gluten flour which isn't always on the label (it's not an ingredient, but a processing method).
