mandrake
I sometimes have long days: meal 1 at 7am, lunch at noon, dinner at 5pm, and then stuff to do after dinner. I get home at 10pm and have a mini meal before bed at 11:30. Does this sound right? I am eating until full at every meal and sticking to high end of veg and fat recommendations, and at least a palm of protein. I'm feeling good, eating well but want to make sure there's no problem with eating so late. Thanks!
Moderators Tom Denham Posted March 3, 2016 Moderators Share Posted March 3, 2016 It is okay. Eating just before bed can be disturbing to sleep quality, but I sometimes eat just before bed because the alternative for me is waking up 3 hours later hungry.
