Murray Posted March 4, 2016 Share Posted March 4, 2016 I'm starting my first Whole30 on Monday, the 7th. I'm very excited and looking forward to starting a healthier lifestyle. I have my meal plans laid out, I've read several articles and blogs. I even got a big calendar to hang on my wall and mark off the days. Any advice for a first-timer would be welcome!
