Sk06
I chose to do an egg and nightshade free whole 30 so I could be sure of any allergies or sensitivities. I'm going into week 4 (and feel great) and was wondering if I could start to reintroduce the eggs and nightshade a since most people are eating them throughout whole 30. I've read it takes 3 weeks to heal the gut. Has anyone ever done this?
kirkor
It's Whole30 not Whole21, ya? Google "moving the goalposts".
praxisproject
I would add those to the start of the Reintroduction cycle (push all the others back), but do them at the end of your Whole30. That way you give yourself plenty of healing time Some parts of the body take more than 3 weeks to replace any damaged cells.
