Day 2

Today is my second day of whole 30. I am following it exactly and know I will have cravings. I was an avid soda drinker so I understand that I will crash harder. Just wondering if anyone has any advice. I am so nauseous and the thought of eating makes me sick. I did eat eggs for breakfast, a larabar for a snack, and a salad at lunch with steak and veggies. For dinner the thought of meat made me sick so I got approved chicken broth but even that was so pungent. Any suggestions?

First, drop the larabar. Those are emergency food only, on a Whole30.

Next, be sure you're staying well hydrated. We recommend 1/2 an ounce of water per pound of body weight, daily.

Third, have you seen the recommended meal template? http://whole30.com/downloads/whole30-meal-planning.pdf For best results, build all meals to satiate you for 4-5 hours, by following this template. That means protein, veg and fat at every meal.

If the thought of meat isn't appealing at the moment, try fish or seafood for your protein.
