Rabbitfighter
I am enjoying the Whole30 more than I thought I would. Clothes fit great, breathing is a pleasure. I'm on day 14. I just prepared the most amazing meal: Salmon (already baked from a few nights before), cauliflower roasted with baked salmon, spring onions, cumin, ginger, and turmeric. It was a phenomenal meal but kind of a small portion and I got hungry again. I wasn't thinking because my almond butter is compliant. Darnit if my sunflower butter doesn't have can sugar and I slathered it all over celery. I'm not starting over. I'm ok with it. I'll do another and keep going on this one. kirkor
I mean, good for you for checking I suppose, but at Day 14 why did you even still have non-compliant sunbutter?
Rabbitfighter
You make a very good point, kirkor. Probably because it was so expensive I didn't want to throw it out and there it was (hopefully compliant -- it hadn't occured to me to read the label...). But, ya, due to the cost I didn't throw it out. Should have examined it.
